SCOPE AND AIMS
The Journal of CME (previously called the Journal of European CME - JECME) is an open access, peer-reviewed, PubMed-indexed, online-only journal publishing articles that address aspects of CME-CPD planning, design, delivery, assessment and regulation. JCME aims to serve as the principal international journal for those who provide, accredit, partake in and benefit from the practice of CME-CPD.
JCME actively champions and supports practical discussion regarding development of unified international accreditation standards.
The name change to Journal of CME started in January 2023, it is still the same journal continuing into the new 2023 Volume. We have changed the name due to the global nature of the submissions, contributors and activities.

Journal of CME accepts original articles on the practical application of CME-CPD methods, techniques and case studies, as well as opinion pieces on CME-CPD regulatory issues. Read the author submission guidance.
JCME relies on members of the CME-CPD community and other specialists to assess the validity of articles through peer review. Learn about becoming a peer reviewer for JECME and best practices for peer review.
